Seems to be a good tool. I ordered 3, received all in good shape. The operators manual is not complete, does not cover the toner, tracer wand at all. but it looks to be very complete and in working condition

this unit works well. but you do need to know and input the IP address of your router as this unit doesn't have a DHCP to get the settings by its self, once you have set these up, you can then run a IP scan, by plugging in to your switch or router, and you will get a list of IP addresses being used on your network, But if when running this scan you keep getting different results or it will only let you do it once, it could be that the IP address that you have picked for the tester is already being used by a different device, so you must set the testers IP address with one that is not being used, once you have done this you can then Ping a address on your network then you will get the time the Ping has taken from the device on the network in m/sec, you can also Ping a external IP address outside your network, like Google, or The BBC Website and you should get a good reply from these sites, it says on the box, it will give you the Internet speed, it doesn't, the unit can read the router/ switch speed like 10M 100M 1000M half/full duplex, the only thing I don't like is once you have done a cable test the results stay on screen until you run another test, so if you unplug the cable the results are still on screen so you can't do a wiggle test like you can with cheaper testers, but I am very Happy with this tester and it is very nice to use, as long as you know how to find out your router IP address, you can take a guess at this as a lot use 192.168.1.1, but it could be completely different, you can find the address using a pc in network settings, once you have set this up the tester will save the settings, thanks David Browne

ashepherd Yes it has a touch screen. It comes pre-installed with Mayhem 1.7.4. The latest Mayhem version is 1.9.1. I have had this device about a month now. Works well. A word of advise, stick to the release versions of Mayhem and don't use the nightly builds.

The scope came to the United Kingdom in 13 days, very good delivery and price as I had some tokens I saved £6, I know the real specs are not as listed which is not right, the scope does work well I got it to work on cars, you can see the screen in sunlight, I have tested it with my Marconi 2955 radio test set so I know that the output level is constant,on all frequency's and yes it only meets the 3,dB reading at just under 30mhz, I have got this scope knowing this as I have other scopes one 4ch 200mhz and a old hp 400mhz scope, but will they fit in your hand and run on there own power, No, I also have a hantek scope meter that works up to 70mhz and it does, but the screen is very small, and in sunlight it is unusable, thanks Dave

ケースが専用でないので、やや厄介でした。サンハヤト 接着式基板スタンド SPT-600 を利用しました。操作は！大流行のatu-100とおなじです。手元までチューン、オート、バイパスのスイッチを引くのは大変でしたので、オートモードで設定しました。アイコムのah-4を八重洲で使うための自作コントローラー付きケーブルを利用しました。電源、アースの線の他、白線と緑線があり、白をチューン用に使い、うまくいきました。緑をバイパスに使おうとスイッチを組み込みましたが、何故かリブートしてしまい、やめました。動作は確実です。いい感

very nice unit, I have got the 220v unit as I am in the UK, super fast shipping, arrived in 8days of the order, it is very well packed in the original box, that is good because it only had a plastic shipping bag, the touch screen is nice, and you can set the temp when in the stand, the unit cools down fast and goes to sleep once in the stand it also reads in Deg F,but you have to set it up in Deg c, then switch to f for the reading to change it will go up to 550c, and it will reach that temperature very fast I have only measured 1182w with the fan on max, but I am on 240v, so all good, the fan takes 10w on max speed, the unit takes 5w on standby, and the front mains switch does switch the mains power off, the 3 presets are very nice to have, it also comes with a replacement reed switch for the handle if you ever need it, it is also great as I paid £128 for the unit, they have just gone up to £194, it is still worth that price, I have also ordered some new nozzles for the quick station as they will fit this unit, you do get 3 straight nozzles with the unit, you can get a conversation board from the EU that makes the interface very good it also adds two knobs to control the temp and fan speed instantly, and you also can turn off the bleep with the new board, I may get one, but the original interface seems ok to me I will see how it goes, I am very happy with the hot air unit, thanks Dave Browne 2E0DMB
