ntelas I had a 24w and it blew as well. Now i am looking for a 36w to use it with 24w strip. Can i ask you with what strip or how many watts were you using it when it blew?

ntelas So you did not fix somehow the high-pitched noise? I have the same problem.

The good: WiFi control: Works great. Out of the box it broadcasts its own access point which makes it easy to configure but lets anyone within range control your lights if they install the app. However the first time you use the app it prompts you to connect it to your own WiFi access point which I would definitely recommend. Custom colors and sequences: You can select any RGB color value as well

ntelas Did you fixed it somehow? I have the same problem

High-pitched NOISE - whine occurs whenever any color is not at 0% or 100%. The frequency and loudness changes depending on which colors are active but this is a major annoyance.When is closed the noise is very LOUD. I remove it from my leds because is SO NOISY.

ntelas I had the same issue. Bought 3 of them and both 3 have that noise. Its a shame because its a good product otherwise.

Works good and the installation is easy. Make sure you connect the controller to a 2.4 ghz wifi network. I can confirm the high pitched noise. I recently bought 2 units and both of them have the same problem. I have tested with different power supplies. The noise gets worse when you set the controller on lower brightness. Therefore 1 star for quality.
