Q: I am not able to make PC software communicating with HDS272S through USB. I was able to do it on 32 bit PC but on 64 bit lap top i couldn't. Did anyone made it working on Win7 or Win10 64 bit? I tried on 4 diff lap tops and no e is working. Kind of issue with USB driver. PC doesn't see connected Unit. I am not dummy guy. I asked IT guys too but without success. Can anyone help?
