varmus hello, i had same problem, just change the REGION in mobile application: Profile / Settings to Chinese mainland and all products will be working properly, => if you adding this device you must choose the device Mi Robot Vacuum Mop P and same name it will provide like predefinned name. it is new device and it is not provided in other Regions
