BG571845517 I calibrate the probe with icecubes or ice capped from a freezer and mingle it with water so it's half ice and half water, the temperature is guaranteed 0'C WITH melting ice water, you dip the probe in the water that is 0 degrees and calibrate the device to 0,done and always right
