You have written on the Web dimension 42 * 38 * 15mm, so I bought for a small dog. The correct dimension in the user manual are 66 * 52 * 24. That's a lot more and too big and too heavy for my little dog. That's why it's unusable :-(

Q: The device does not work properly because it does not sound alerts. Real-time tracking works properly but does not work any alarm except power off. AIKA GPS application on the smartphone and tablet (iPhone and iPad) does not sound alerts although I switch OK all 4 alarms in the application. In Device mesages in AIKA GPS app, I see messages for the previous GEO-fence In, GEO-fence Out, Vibration Alarm, but no alarm application is announced even though it is set to ON in the notification settings. In addition, Call and SMS alarm I receive only for the Power Off Alarm. For GEO-fence In, GEO-fence Out and Vibration Alarm I do not get either a Call or SMS alarm. I sent these SMS commands (for all I got the answer OK) but did not help: SF tp SMS set security on 122 # to turn on shake call alarm sossm to turn on sos SMS alarm soscall to turn on sos SMS alarm The device is therefore useless because it does not send alarms if the vehicle leaves the GEO-Fence.
