Q: Any good link to download the software? the controller is not usable

CybaGirl Yes there is and I have all the links along with the software backed up onto my hard drive. If you need them please send me an email at cybagirl at gamil dot com. So sorry for the late reply as I had a mini stroke and I have only managed to get back on to my computer now.

I have a direct link for RealFlight 9.5 which is what I have installed and I am using with this transmitter. There are a few steps involved though in getting it up and running.
