Excellent product. Packed well. Shipped within days. Arrived within 14 days. 1.) The case is made of sturdy metal alloy. 2.) The bit tray is magnetized so that the tips will not fall out, even when turned upside-down (see photo). 3.) Each bit is engraved with its head type and size. The tray is marked with the corresponding type. 4.) The tools are made of hardened steel. 5.) The case is springloaded so that one push unlocks it, and another push locks it safely in place. The mailing package was a little insufficient to properly protect the box, but while the box was crushed a bit, the item itself was fine. It is well made, sturdy, and durable. Shipping was very prompt. It arrived within 14 days. Thank you!

Works well. Durable. Interfaces with Amazon Alexa seamlessly and each outlet can be named and addressed by voice command, as well as the entire strio with a single command, whatever you wish at the moment. Plastic quality is strong. Shipping? That could be done better. The package had no protection. The box was thrown in a bag. as result, my power strip was dented. It didn't affect the performance, just has an ugly mark on the side. Otherwise very good.

Just fine. I have ordered several pairs, yet no one has really worn them yet since it isn't very cold yet. They look to be fairly well-made for the price and they do work on the touch screen. Shipping was prompt. I am pleased. Thank you.

The chargers are very well made, polished steel if I'm not mistaken. They charge quickly, but draw a lot of power. If you use a splitter, then please be sure that the power ratings match this charger's requirements. This blew a fuse on one of my power splitters because it draws so many watts and amps. It may be a better idea to plug it directly into the cigarette lighter instead of a splitter. Other than that, I'm pleased with it..

The cable is made of top grade materials, just holding it, folding it, and using it makes that very clear. It does graphically demonstrate and regulate charging.

This item has a better design than most adapter/converters in that it has a low profile design. That's good news because most phone chargers are large and difficult to balance on a wall socket without any extra length. With this adapter it is still possible to support an extra long device, as you can see from the photos. This item doesn't feel reassuringly sturdy. It's not fragile. If I compare the plastic and metals used to another similar adapter of similar price, It just doesn't match.
