ChuckC Banggood did exactly the same thing to me with a different watch that I purchased. Watch was inoperative, but no video, no return. Extremely poor customer service.

This watch is total garbage, do not waste your money. I bought two of them, my wife and I wanted a watch to track our fitness/steps etc. Watch one lasted a day before it completely went dead. Will not respond, won't switch on won't charge etc. Second watch then done exactly the same thing. I've swapped chargers thinking it might help to get some response from at least one of the watches. But nothing, after contacting customer service, explaining all this. They replied saying I must send a video via YouTube. This is double dutch to me, so I explained again saying that the watches are stone dead and won't switch on, what part of this they don't understand I don't know. All I want to do is send them back to get a refund. But because I haven't sent a video, something that is not required for me to send them back. They have simply closed my case, I'm not impressed with this service one little bit. I hope this helps anyone thinking about buying one 👍🏻

six9giant The instructions are fully in Chinese and not an English conversion available, as for power adapter I'm not sure.

ChuckC For me, not accurate at all. readings vary all over the place. 110/80, next 162/88, next 155/72.

Downloading the app and pairing was easy. Battery life is very good. I like the band. Heart rate seems accurate. BUT .. after one week of use, I am having several problems with the watch. Temperature does not stay set at Fahrenheit. It switches back to Centigrade after a few hours - every day. The screen no longer lights up when I turn my wrist toward me. It worked for a few days - now, no longer. I have to touch the bottom of the screen to get it to light up. The touch screen is very sensitive. It often skips ahead 2 - 3 screens. then I have to go all the way around to get to the screen that I want. Not possible to back up. Blood pressure is very inacurate. The readings are all over the place. 110/80 then 162/88 then 115/72. Cannot trust which one is correct. Step count very innacurate compared to my iphone. The watch reads considerably more steps than the phone. I tested the two together on the same walk. Knowing the distance, I know that the watch was NOT correct. The date does not appear on screen 3 (the screen with the hands). The place to the left of the numeral "3" is blank. I would like to return it but it's not worth the money for me to ship it back to China from the US.

Very dissatisfied with this item. The instructions are terrible. The description on the web page does not adequately describe the item or its' features. The watch will not continuously show heart rate. It only displays it for a short period of time. Not what I need for exercise. I did not know I would have to remove the device from the band in order to charge it. VERY inconvenient. I downloaded the app to my iphone but my phone will NOT sync with the watch. I have tried several times. so, I cannot set the time. The instructions do not say how to set time. Total waste of money.
