Ray That's great that you were able to fix it. Mine has the same problem, they offered me 500 points instead of replacing or fixing it. That's a whole $5.00, WOW. I ended up throwing mine in the garbage. I will not make this mistake again.
Ray@zakigeorge by using Banggoods 6S 22.2V Li-ion 18650 Lithium Battery BMS Charger Protection Board With Balance Integrated Circuits it gives me 24 volts with 6 batteries, I run the other two sets of 6 to give more amp hours. I'm getting about 26 hours between charges. The batteries actually charge to 4.2 volts X 6 = 24.6 volts. This board while protecting the batteries, also balance charges the batteries which will result in longer battery life. Sorry for the very late reply!

Ray Yes it can be hooked up to a cars 12volt system

Flarfwas it's normal, but don't use it after the batteries are fully ,cause the charger need radiating
