David I had same SIM card and Micro SD card issues.David

Tried two SIM cards of different operators but it is not taking accepting any of these and getting message as invalid SIM. Both the SIMS are active and working in mobile phone. So this product does not accept any SIM card.

This "smart watch" is not so smart. T start with, after you set the date and time, the watch keeps forgetting the time/date setting when it powers off. Also, it does not synch the time/date with the network of the phone even when the phone and watch are connected using Bluetooth. The biggest nuisance is that there is no actual dedicated app for the watch on the phone. It tells you to download "BT Notifier", of which there are many. None of them seem to actually work with this watch. The next biggest nuisance is that the memory card is not recognized by the phone I put in a new SanDisk Micro SD card, but the watch will not let me take photos as it keeps telling me to insert a memory card. So in the end, the only functionality that does work, sort of, is that it tells you that a call is coming in, which you can answer, but the sound is obviously bad due to the size limitations of this being a watch. I had a Samsung gear watch, and thought that this would be a good replacement as that one died. it isn't even close.
