Seach NO! you'd need a spark gap or electric interupter, capacitor of correct size ect. This can be used as the high voltage power supply but there are many other parts (a whole tesla coil for starters) I've built many large tesla coils, ranging from stationary spark gap, rotary gap, and sold state all built from scratch (no kits). This is basically a high frequency high voltage power supply that can also be used for induction heating. Oh and honestly it's easier to build a ZVS from scratch than using these as the components are cheap. Also there isn't much RF filtering and no back spike protection so it would die very quickly under the harsh conditions a tesla coil would put on this.
