Constantin39 Hi,sorry because I saw on ly now your message. MCD is for MilliCandela (light measure unit). The right voltage range indicated is depending on LED colour : - 1.8-2.3 Volts for RED and YELLOW Leds (800-1000 mcd, low light) - 2.8-3.6 Volts for GREEN, BLUE Leds (800-100 mcd, low light) - 2.8-3.6 Volts for WHITE Leds (14000-16000 mcd). Hope it will help you.

sarafianconstantin Yes, it has both a 220V plug with cord, and a 12 V DC plug (without cord).
