Q: What is the max. input current allowed?

Oran I'm sorry I don't own this charger however I have a similar charger and the other answers seem to miss the question. Generally the charger has a max input current equal to the max output current which means for this chargers max of 15A, a 12V supply will only charge a 6S battery at a max of 150W or around 7.5A. Short answer: 15A

Oran No this doesn't appear to use an F3 processor, T-Motor does however sell an F3 version of this ESC for $4 more according to their site (can't post the link but you can google t-motor and go to the esc page on their website)
