Akis At the first test, I tried fried potatoes and the button panel became unresponsive after 5 minutes. I could not turn on the light to see the progress of cooking and all the other buttons stopped working because of the heat. Customer care department is slow in response and because of that my case closed automatically in 7 days without any result! I opened a second case and still waiting for their response.
Akis I have the exact same problem and the customer service is avoiding to replace it.
