ChrisK The board is set for 5v by default. If you wish to use the voltage setting straps on the back you really have to remove the 100k resistor in the corner first as this will be in parallel with the voltage setting resistors selected. The regulator chip seems to be a JoulWatt JW5017S or something close. The datasheet can be found by searching.
