avg_user The size I got exactly matched for me at least. To be on the safe side, it is not a bad idea to order larger size anyways since only differences are in the length of the strap and the weight of the product. Also it's a Velcro-type strap so longer strap shouldn't really be a problem.

avg_user it is not a fan so the 4 wings do not rotate around. They are foldable so you can redirect light however you want them to be. Though, I simply use them fully extended.
