I think the flashlight is a well made good host but i think the UV, A and C could be stronger. For the price and for what the torch is used for it should be stronger. You can tell on the test cards the reading are low. I would not of bought it if i knew it was so weak. No ozone so has to be directly on the object for cleaning. But package and delivery was fine from Banggood.
