The package is already opened when it was passed on to DHL as per their investigation. The packaging is so poor like it was wrapped in a trash bag. This resulted to so many dents on the box. I've encountered an issue of the quad that just fell off to the ground on palm launch and I'm not sure if this is the result of the poor shipping and handling or with manufacturing defect by DJI. Will try to observe this after the mandatory firmware upgrade. Banggood should and need to improve the packaging of items being shipped to its customers especially those expensive items. Like what I've purchased from their competitor which is a spark battery. It was bubble wrapped and was placed in a small external box to protect the original box from dents during shipping and handling. In addition, it would be nice if the seller will declare a small amount value on the item to avoid being taxed by Customs. I was taxed $60 for this item because it exceeded the max tax free value here in the Philippines which is $192.00 I've contacted their support and got a resolution of receiving a small amount credit for the inconvenience but they've agreed to provide full warranty support incase, I've encountered the same issue with the drone before.
