mpcintia Hello, we received the product, but we are not having success in configuring it via the mi home app, thus leaving us very dissatisfied. We have already downloaded the mi home app, changed the region to CHINA, because only in this region the model of our vacuum robot appears. However, the robot cannot connect to the wifi router that is already at 2.4Ghz frequency, adequate password security. We would like help to configure the product, because if it is not possible we will give up the purchase and send the product back.
