bgg Cable has obvious plastic isolation as outer layer, so technically yes, but this cable isnt intended to serve as outdoor cable, its purpose is to be used as internal interconnect cable as short as possible or lenght aligned to phase and wavelenght if needed. So as outdoor cable use thicker one intended for outdoor use with lower signal loss.
