DanoPrucha It is, I like to use it with multiple 18650 batteries at once because it will charge a battery that has dropped below the safe discharge voltage cut-off limit where as my other chargers start acting crazy if I plug a old laptop recovered 18650 battery that I am trying to save. I hope that helps.
