Andy0679 did you ever get the esc working? You have to turn on rc radio, hold throttle to full forward and at same time power up esc with receiver. it'll beep some pattern. then stop and you quickly move throttle to full reverse. it'll sing again. when t stops move stick to middle and unplug power to esc. Power off and on radio, then boat and esc will work. I know it's been a long time but just incase you had shelved it I hoped to help you.
