János There's no sensor in it. I made some automation with a smart plug to shut down at night and only turn on for 5 minutes in every 2 hours. At daytime it can run constantly. Also planning a smart button, and if they want running water at night maybe they (cats) can learn it how to use.

works very we. the sensor doesn't detect motion consistently so the water runs 99% of the time without turning off. but it's ok. because it runs all the time, it's not as silent as I would wish it to be. but for the price, it's very good. also recommend buying additional filters
