BG415361725 Hi! I was expected to receive a drawing , or some file containing instructions a.s.o., as you have my email address. Still disappointed !

Unfortunately, I have to say " I'm disappointed ! ". No English Instructions Manual, just an A4 poor drawing in Chinese. I'm not a Chinese at all. What should I do? Is anyone can help? Thank you!
