the lights look decent but they don't give allot of light so not really usable as car lights

Trip786 With any motor you buy, you supposed to torque all bolts your self before running. That's common practice.

Nice little motor but our head wasn't sufficiently tightened and it stopped running. After going over the thing and tightening everything that was only finger tight from the factory, it is a nice little motor for the price.

Trip786 Obviously you burned a motor out on the bench running it for 10 minutes. It has no cooling air.

This motor is ideal for 6" props, especially with 2-3s. Unlike others I have tried, the Sunnysky delivers continuous power without overheating. I use these for long range builds, and I know when fighting a headwind with sustained high throttle, it will always get me home, another brand 2212 burned out, despite operating within spec. A different brand again failed on the test bench at 15A after 10 minutes

Good quality. The prop of 9050 size is big for 2212 motor mount. Prop of 8060 size is ok

Trip786 Question?How can you be getting more than 1h flight time from 2500mah if you pulling over 30 amps.That sounds very unrealistic.Question 2: A 2812 1400Kv motor with a 20amp ESC and gets 25min of flight full throttle with a 7x4 prop.Your data seems a bit unrealistic, could you proof it with a video?I really want to see it.

I An A Model enthusiast for Planes and drones Now over 15 years building the Planes and using Brushless Motors .... I find this Motor Quite exceptionally good for all factors., like , Plenty of power ,plenty of power,, performance in all ranges Very Good ,, above all for flight time On my D Wing . it can fly for over 1 hour on 2500mah with this Motor ,,, i find it powers any wing to size average

Trip786 put a 3S battery in it and you'll be fine, I fly a 780gram high wing on this with a 3S and it has more than enough power delivered.

A little under powered running 2S still functions. In currently flying a 600g foamboard trainer using a master airscrew 9x4 prop and 2S battery.
