Acushla7 The "Product Description" DOES say it is a GLOBAL VERSION so that indicates to me it is a WORLDWIDE product -but make sure when ordering you choose GLOBAL option. I myself am in Spain so do not know any more than this as I selected the EU one. Asking Customer Services themselves is your other option.

I am not online that often - but here I am now, to answer you :-) This dress is indeed Gorgeous - and so very soft, warm and cosy BUT I am afraid that NO - mine at least does NOT flare out at all from the bust measurement. It is "Tube like" and dead straight all the way down. So if you are a "larger" person like me, and have 50+ inches Hips and Bust, I do recommend you buy the 5XL (I hope this helps)
