Q: when i press right click i cannot see the PTZ option anywhere on the menu. How can i control ptz cameras ?

gmyros There is a [Channel Setup --> PTZ setup] on the NVR admin meny but never actually used it. I only control my PTZ cameras through the PC and mobile software app. Much much easier.

Q: what is the max HDD size can connect in SATA port , and if you what type are the port ( SATA I/II/III )

gmyros I used 1 Terra 3.5" hard-disk without any problems. Currently using a 300 GBytes, 2.5 ssd. I believe it's a sata 3 connector.
