Q: How much water pressure is needed? I would like to use it outdoors while camping. It seems like it needs really high pressure, how much wattage every level consumes (The 5.4K high is too much).
Maybe if I will buy a pressurized container I will be able to use it?

TAC The shower head is not designed for camping. It requires normal house water pressure and a lot of electrical energy to heat water.

Q: Can I use my shower without the earth wire connected bcoz wen it's connected it keep tripping the earth leakage switch

TAC It would be unsafe to use the shower without the earth wire connected. If I had your GFI (GFCI) tripping problem, I would not use the GFI and instead would connect the shower directly to 240 volt power with a fuse or circuit breaker of appropriate size.
