Q: Can this product be connected to phase (L) wire, not neutral (N)? On the wiring diagram I see, that even if I turn OFF the lamp, there still will be phase, so changing bulp will be not save. Also, if your lamp will be some type of LED they can glow slightly, because of (ungrounded) phase (L) connection..

Kamil Yes, you are right, there is danger of touching phase during bulb changing..

Q: What is the right amper for 12 volt? It is written as 1.2A for 24V, If I give 2,4 Amper for 12v; Can I take the same power like 24v for same height flush??

Kamil You cannot give 2,4A for 12V. Current depend on pump impedance and is done exactly by mathematical rule. For 12V you can have expect current about 0,6A, it is power about 7,2W.
