Q: The drone is ready to fly or should i program it with betaflight?

synthetictone Ready to fly but it doesn't have the latest version of betaflight. I believe it is 3.5 and the newest is 4.1. You can keep it at 3.5 but it may be worth a little time setting up switches etc. Lots of ideas for tweaking settings on YouTube.
