Items arrived in cardboard box with left hand and right hand parts in separate plastic bags. Photos show boot (trunk) lip guards with one unwrapped the other still in it's bag with vinyl, peel-off protective coating still in place. Another photo shows both parts unwrapped and a third photo shows the metal guard in place on my Tesla Model 3. The parts fit perfectly but overall are let down by parallel linear scoring/scratching on the sheet metal. This shows plainly in the photo of the guard in place on the Model 3. I load a lot of grear in and out of the boot (trunk) of my Model 3 on a regular basis and I noticed the plastic boot (trunk) lip was getting scuffed. This part looks like it's the perfect solution to the problem but the surface defects (scratches) on the metal (the scratches appear to have been on the metal before it was stamped) really let the product down. It's a shame because otherwise it looks like a very good product.
