Excellent and works well! It's a blue backlit LCD, not LED as in the description, so it's BETTER. The actual digits are large and much better than the BG image. The refresh rate seems slow at 2~3 secs but doesn't matter, an excellent meter for those of us who want to wire one in. Seems to keep it's settings during a power-off.

For the money this kWhr meter is fantastic! Just 2 issues: no boxes are recommended for that snap in lid, the ones sold here are either too large or too small, and the upgrade connector is backwards. Note in the picture that it is designed to have the wires connect from over the board so the snap in lid works, but the capacitor blocks the middle connections. To use 12G wires I had to unsolder and reverse the connector, use a larger box, and all is working great.

Boxed it. I used an enclosure I had in stock. Sorry, cannot remember the manufacturer. But any box you choose will need some mechanical work. A pleasant surprise was that it measures true RMS. The spec says upto 30 Ampère. Don't do that ! The terminals (new type) cannot handle that, and I doubt if the shunt resistor can withstand that. I play it safe and spec'd it upto 10A. The alarmsetting is IMO an unnecessary feature. The user-interface is pretty intuïtive. I like it !

Yo lo utilicé uno para controlar la tensión, corriente, potencia y tiempo de trabajo de un grupo electrógeno que poseo. Es genial para esas aplicaciones. Otro lo utilizo en lugar de un multímetro para controlar los valores en circuitos eléctricos.
