NYHobbyist Try making sure that you never touch DATA FORMAT in the menus EVER, if you do touch DATA FORMAT, it will make you do the calibration everytime you Power the system back on

BG544816189 I guess what you are trying to say is, that you can't bind copter and controller. My best guess is, that either the controller and copter have different versions of firmware (FCC VS. LBT) or another compatibility issue with the firmware (outdated on tinyhawk or controller). Try to update both controller and receiver.

BG544816189 There is really no necessity for that. Also that would be counter productive to the purpose of being under 250gr. It flues well without that and can take a bit of beeting too.

bikinidan Put channel 5 onto a 3-position switch (-100, 0, +100) - that will give you manual at "0".
