Bought this about a month ago and arrived in good condition. Shipping was faster than I thought. It work really good the first time. Very clear and distortion free. When I put it back in the original case to charge it made a very strange noise. I removed from box and put it back but did not change. I decided to leave it out for now and get to it later. The charging lights on the case are all on and after several hours I put the ear buds back in the case, no noise this time. The next day I wanted to use it again but did not want to connect. reset everything and it worked but charge was low (10%). I put it back in the case but never charged. I gave it to my adult daughter to see if I made a mistake or if my phone has an issue. She had the same issue. Contacted the seller and sent a picture of the product. Now they want a video showing how it is not working. Not sure how I should do that because there are no moving parts but I try.

BG124342411 After opening a trouble ticket and was asked to send a YouTube video to confirm the problem, my case was closed after 7 days without being able to respond. This shows me that I better not buy again from here. Very disappointing because some of the products are actually good. But the overall experience is bad.

Very nice product. Shipped fast. Has a good charge time of over three days. The display can be customized with your own pictures. Does exactly how described. Very happy with price and performance. I would recommend to friends.
