fredrisch82 Yes it does,based on your car there are two types of bulbs .one is 2004-2006 LEXUS ES330 HID D2S Headlight Bulbs and the other H7 12v 55w regular stock halogen bulbs, if buying this bulbs be sure to buy H7 12V 55W hid xenon ballasts
