Q: What is the measured current (in amps) at 12 volts for the 5 meter string?

Nederland i don't understand, I have them connected @ 12.5 VDC and the current is 2,45A so these are not 72Watt as described??? measured with a calibrated Fluke 115 true rms meter! 12,5 x 2,54 Amp = 30,26 Watt so is that 72 Chinese Watt's???

This will kill your lithium ion cells! it supposed to stop charging at 4.2 volts but its goes on til 4.36 volts. in a few charges your cells will be useless. total crap. another failed buy from china :( :( wtf is so dificult to set the electronic to the right value? shame

This meter is very good for measuring AC DC current and voltage . I did some comparising with a calibrated fluke 189 and the reult was promissing! The part where the metrer is not working as accurate is in the lowest section of the scale. but if u measure more than 100mA (DC) its all good! Results so far: 1000mA fluke = 1008 mA MusTool. 3,000 A Fluke = 2,998 MT. 6A Fluke = 5,96A MT Im very happy with this meter and will use a shunt for the lower section mA The light did not worked when i installed normal Varta batteries but when i change it to expensive Pasasonic alkaline pro, the backlight was working ok. It seams that the small aaa bateries will deplete fast if u do some DC curent measurement. so put some extra 2 aaa batteries in the handy bag . i really like this small meter! im happy :)

First off all it looked very good , and i bought this because of the low price. Charging 1 Li-Ion cell worked fine, but then i used the ballance charging for my battery packs ( 3cells 12volts) After charging 1 cell was HOT as hell. The voltage was over 4.7 volt!!! and i din not understand what happend . So i took an old pack of 3 cell with ballance leads, and charged it. as soon i was looking at the ballance page by hitting the status switch it showed cell 1 = 2.18 volt cell 2 = 3.86 volt and cell 3 was 3.85 volt. But this was incorrect!! cell 1 was 3.86 volt and NOT 2.18. This charger is not good as the reading off cell 1 is not correct. also the internal resistand meter is meusuring wrong value. cell 1 = 22 mOhm cell 2 = 79 mOhm and cell 3 = 82mOhm. in my original SkyRC its shows cell 1= 83mOhm. So i dont use this anymore and this Charger is useless for ballance charging. Very very very dissaponted, and only use this to charge WITHOUT ballance charge. im sad and feel stupid now.
