BG511122141 Ithink 8.3 amp for a psu would be too low considering a standard 24v is usually 15 amps. I have a 24v 20Amp psu for one hotend and heated bed.

BG511122141 Ihave an all metal hotend mounted on the one I bought. I mainly only used the mounting plate. The extruder only mounts to the plate with two bolts so if your dual gear is similar to the one gear lever type I would say yes it will fit
