So far I think it is a well made product, solid construction. Runs very smooth on my CNC router set at 400 micro-steps. Still have to calibrate it for my machine. Took a long time to receive, but I don't blame that on Banggood, with the Covid-19 issues and the product coming from China I'm sure there were issues with getting it here and transferring to a US courier for delivery. I ordered late May 2020 and received it on August 3rd 2020. It was worth waiting for, most likely could not find a product like this in the US at such a low price and free shipping too.

Q: what kind of nema motor it is

jeffstauffer Ihave not received my unit yet, but judging by the size of the chuck, it looks like a nema 23.
