Q: I can not start the camera, windows can not recognize it at all, does not work with or without memory card,Please, send manual in English

Malster1 I had that issue at first, if you plug it into the computer then make sure you slide the switch on the camera to Video. Tap the power/photo button. Then launch you camera softare (windows 10 type camera). Mine didn't show up, so I disabled the internal webcam under device manager-Camera. hope that helps

box looks good missing any paperwork and battery was not in it intended place. took it out of the box and found the battery was put in then battery box. hmm was this a return? charged it up anyways and tested it out first I though it was defective since it would move then just stop working completely. after messing with it for about 30 minutes I figured out that one button activates a memory function so this is why it stops working it’s recording all of the controls I’m trying to do. guess a manual would have helped me figure that out faster. hoping the battery or toy is not defective and was a returned item since someone opened up and moved the battery. battery has some sticky stuff on the bottom as well. overall so far so good.

I bought 2 and both work great. tested using q2 volts and 120 volts.no issues and for the price you can’t go wrong.

the building blocks go together nicely only a few pieces are loose but can live with. The electronic as where I’m having issues. I tested each motor and receiver and transmitter and only the left channel will work off the receiver but after doing some major troubling shooting with a lego controller/receiver/transmitter of the same set I found that the motors in the LEPIN model are shorting out or pinned out incorrectly. hoping customer service will be helpful. will update this after I hear back from customer service

Q: Is there a box included or is everything sent in plastic bags? Is the battery included?

Malster1 It’s in a retail box. No batteries are even included with any toy these days. 6 AA batteries for the battery box and 2 AAA for the controller are needed
