Michel Walsh Comme il n'offre PAS la bande B2, si il fonctionne en Amérique du Nord, ce sera par intermittence. Le WP17 fonctionne en revanche, même avec les "petits" fournisseurs, mais il est légèrement plus cher (et de plus haute gamme).

It is based on Android, the exploitation system (OS) of Google. So, unless there are local restrictions from the said local authority, Google maps should work as expected.

Michel Walsh I checked the 4G bands in Uganda ( https: www worldtimezone com gsm html ) which are B7, B18, B19 and B20. All these bands are announced to be supported by the Oukitel WP17. I cannot take a plane to Uganda to check if it really works, but at the best of my knowledge, it seems that it should. For the 4G at least.

Michel Walsh Update: The owner is quite happy. He likes that the cell leaves a feeling of being relatively \"heavy\", of being \"there\" (on him, while not using it), so it is easier to remember to care about it. Appreciate the amount of storage memory. He was surprised in a snowstorm that the night vision was allowing him to very clearly see through the falling snow as if it were not there. Sounds quality is clear and crisp, even for the bass (given the size of the speakers). Pushed the panic button by accident and he was sure that there was a police car with its siren behind him... was not, was just the cell phone. Appreciate the extra applications specific to the cell. Overall, 5/5.

Michel Walsh Technically, VFC is a Voltage to Frequency Converter. So I assume (I don't own this Aneng multimeter) that it can OUTPUT a signal where the frequency is proportional to the measured voltage which, in turn, with the help of some external additional circuit, could transmit that serial signal to some other device, wire or wireless, for other processing. monitoring, archiving.

Michel Walsh It is difficult to measure resistance of about 1 Ohm with precision using only two wires as probe (better using 4 wires with a so called Kelvin setting). The specs mention a precision of 1.5% precision for around 80 Ohm. So, in the end, it strongly depends on the precision that you seek..
