gimaxy Theoretically yes, but I think you can have problems with the motherboard and, therefore, you are forced to buy a dedicated motherboard to manage the laser, GRBL v. 1.01f or more

Feza265 Best thing to do is colour the clear acrylic with a black washable pen. Do the engraving then use white spirit to wipe of the black pen. The reason for this is because lasers can't see the clear acrylic properly. Hope this helps.
