Nickh90 Itsounds as if the motor for forwards and backwards motion is disconnected or broken. I'd suggest checking the connector to make sure it's connected and if so then it's likely broken and in need of replacement. I suggest a 370 motor as replacement it's got alot more power and is less likely to fail.

Nickh90 Thesprings don't work very well and the tension is really low I recommend upgrading it to a servo using a servo plate and a 9g or 17g servo
