Q: I just received mine. The earbuds will not pair together, only the right bud has audio. tried many time to make it work. it doesn't. please help!

emma You need to restore the factory settings first, and then remove them from the earphone case at the same time. Press and hold the two headphone switches until the red and blue lights flash. Click the right headphone to open the Bluetooth connection of the phone.

I've used dozens of screen protectors in my lifetime, and this one is awful. I tried installing it without bubbles in the plastic for over 30 minutes. it's impossible. Got a cheaper one locally that is far better. Don't waste your money.

This device pairs well, eventually. It has patchy audio for around 30 seconds everytime you pair it, then it settles down. When I walk with the phone in my pocket it drops out constantly. When I'm sitting and the sound and connection are great. Not recommended if you're buying for exercise. If you want to listen to music while you're at your desk at work, they're ok.
