Brand is "Yuan pai" not "SANOU", personally I dont mind. What does bother me is the max. rated rpm printed on the chuck for item sent is 2150RPM not 3600RPM as advertised. Documentation sent with chuck also states max RPM 3600. Also there is no oil button on the face of the chuck. So what is the max rated RPM for this chuck ???

The product itself is good value and will hopefully perform over time as we've been able to get it to operate now. This product won't be able to proceed in to a production system as with the exception of a very small MS Word document there are no details. 1 What is needed are the details of the comms port, interface type, default speed, protocol. 2 Software for management of system, including PID tuning et-al. 3 System documentation on the comms port and software - in ENGLISH. 4 Most importantly it is critical that the error status LED be provided with a decoder (or software) so the system can be corrected quickly and with the area of the product at fault being identified, together with what happened that the controller didn't like. All other vendors of similar systems have the manuals, technical data and software on their website for quick download and reference. If such material isn't available for this product the product really becomes almost useless, a system with three or four of these units, developing a fault after working for months becomes junk if we can't diagnose and identify where the problem lies. Ratings are lowered as without backup materials and resources this product isn't that much cheaper than other solutions with all support materials ready to use. The quality is also reduced because there are no supporting resources. It looks good! I only wish I could give five stars to all areas.

guido99 Problem sorted. My fault, cnc controller was set in radius mode. Still could use pinout data for rs232 port and correct tuning software

Motor and driver work fine but steps per rev are resulting in half the expected motion. I am struggling to find any data on the RS232 pinouts and the correct software to configure the driver. Using the dip switches seems to result in half the configured steps. Need to verify via software but there is no data supplied on Banggood for RS232 pinout and Configuration software
