Zoll verein The general audio uses DC power, while the mains is AC 110-230V. It needs to be stepped down and rectified to supply audio. If you use AC power directly, it will damage the audio components. 12v-18v ac input means AC12V-12V, AC18V-AC18V

BG132255171 Nice build. How are you powering it? What kind of power are you measuring on the audio out?
BG132255171 post a pic before and after the changes. I think you could have kept the transistors, by swapping for audio quality ones, and bigger smoothing caps, or maybe swapped the smoothing caps for inductors to limit inrush current. but then you'd need a whole different board.
