m4trix Check on another FC if your XM+ is working correct. Sometimes the bind button on the XM+ is broken and you have to brick it to get into bind mode.

Q: doesnt work with 5v connected to the 6 pin pad!! do i need to connect it to b+ b- ?? why ;)

SkyRider The 5v rail on the 6 pin pad is an output from a voltage regulator, therefore you can not use it as an input
