mariamst I spoke too fast; the bag was completely torn on the inside after only 10 days of mild use! I was so disappointed! I contacted the Service center of Banggood less than one month after receiving the bag and they informed me there was nothing they could do as the warranty period had already expired (!!). Very very disappointing!!
