BG452510404 thisis additional feedback, I'm the same person. I just ordered 2 more of these ESC's so I will likely give a new better revieuw soon, got new propellors for the motor. I also accidentally used a faulty battery with reversed polarity on the ESC which meant it got - on and on - which killed it. I took that chance to open it up and look what was actually inside, mostly went to look if it was realistic for this ESC to handle 40A since that was important for me to concider buying a new one of this type. and givven I bought 2 new ones of them I was happy with what was inside. what was inside? for driving the current to the motor it had 12 mosfets, this means 4 mosfets per wire or 2 mosfets per wire per polarity. the mosfets where of the type mt30046s here is some basic info on them couldn't find a complete datasheet: http://www.mtsemi.com/en/product_class.php?id=1

Q: does it come with prop saver?

Задавает BG163163515 на 2020-12-30 11:59:42

BG452510404 yes, mine came with a prop saver and a spare prop saver for the spare propellor. it is a custom type of prop saver so not a big one like the others, but when you chrash and or hit the nose the prop automatically comes of. I did my first flight on a windy day, and on gras, not to long but also not short everywhere. so when landing sometimes when you think you are already landed one of the wheels would get stuck in some grass or a small hole in the ground and the plane would just flip straight over but no damage to the propellor at all (note that I disable the motor before touching the ground, and glide land to preven damage in case the prop saver does not work(don't want it to get stuck in the high gras with the motor on)). it also is strong enough to stay on it while flying didn't get anny issues.

Q: Is the flying ranch only 100meter?

Задавает BG191045435 на 2020-10-15 05:22:30

BG452510404 no, while according to the specs it is only 100meters, in reality the range of any radio system depends on many things like battery voltage, humidity, air pressure and structure, objects around you, and height. 100meters is what they say you should in theory be garanteed to get perhaps unless you are in some rather extreme conditions like in a faraday cage etc. the same goes for the max wind speed. my first flight after I got it had wind bursts around twice as fast as what they labeled the maximum wind speed you could fly in, yet it was still easy to controll(not to difficult). however I also did not think about the range, and how far the range would be. so accidentally I flew away much further than 100meters. but it didn't get out of reach. note that I flew quite high as well at many of such moments and when you fly higher your range gets bigger. however the plane is quite small. so while I forgot to be concerned about how far range I had I did still make sure to get it back closer since at such a distance it becomes really hard to etimate what direction such a small plane is going and where it actually is in relation to the ground. with fpv that would be more easy, but since I flew it normally it was sometimes really hard to see where it was going. and ofcource at a far distance it starts to feel like it is barely moving. but 100meters is still really great for a plane like this, not only because it is priced like a toy despite having the controlls and quality of real

BG452510404 ifyou worry about compatibility, this camera should work with basically any 5.8ghz receiver or display. all those budged 5.8ghz receivers should work. I personally have the eachine ROTG02 receiver which I can connect to my computer or phone for recording and as a screen(that one has long range), and a eachine ev800 goggles, even though I am still waiting for them to arrive they should work with this camera as well. I also saw many cheaper screens for fpv they seem to all work with it. or if it is a price concern rather than compatibility concern you can directly look on the eachine website to see f there is a set combo. many of their beginner drones used to have a fpv camera and screen or goggles with it, so it might be worth looking there, they have links back here.

Q: what battery do u use for it?

Задавает BG383315543 на 2021-10-07 01:57:03

BG452510404 I use a 1S battery I had laying around. just use any 1S battery. I wouldn't recommend going to far below around 300mah, but you can go smaller if you want, and ofcource if weight and size are no problem you can also use bigger batteries. the camera supports 3.3v to 5.5v. most drones and other fpv devices also have a special connector for the camera, you can also directly connect it to the battery of the device if it is 1S. but I recommend to rea the manual to see the actuall voltage it allows. I have ordered this cam but do not yet have it. however I have the previous version at home(tx05) and the user manual states 3.3V as minimum and 5.5v as maximum. in reality they can often go slightly lower and slightly higher as well, but I recommend staying in between those values of 3.3V up to 5.5V. this means you can also use 3 AA batteries if weight is not a problem, or you could use the 3.3v or 5v outputs of something like a arduino or fpv connector. however if you do not connect it to a seperate battery I recommend adding a small capacitor to stabilize the voltage.

BG452510404 yesit should work with the eachine e013plus. I don't have that drone, but in general all decent FPV cameras use 5.8ghz and the exact same analog protocol. which makes it so portable and relyable. Eachine is a brand that has made many FPV sets for pro or hobby grade use, they in general always use the standard. almost all FPV however uses that same standard, only WIFI fpv drones differ(made for low budged and slow use), and DJI drones differ(made for high visual quality at the cost of response and range). the e013plus also speciffically mentions it uses "5.8G 25mW 1000TVL" which tells everything you need to know and suggests that it should just directly work with these gogles. if it says 5.8G in general you know it should work with these gogles. the 25mw is the sending strength. and the 1000TVL tells about the resolution and the protocol. in general if it says 5.8ghz you can be sure it works, if it also says TVL you can be even more sure since that "television lines" reffers to the resolution it streams in the analog protocol which all of these goggles and VTX sets use. OR TO PUT IT SIMPLE, these goggles should work with any FPV camera made for racing quads and or those using the 5.8ghz analog protocol. it is a 40 channel receiver and many transmitters also support multiple channels so make sure to set them both to the same channel or atleast close enough to eachoher. there is however still a small chance for exceptions and that is with so

BG452510404 Ifound the steering to be non proportional, but the steering worked properly for me. I also reached speeds over 7kmh but due to the low power and high weight t was very sensitive to going uphill, and also driving on anything which isn't very flat and hard would make it very slow. for me

The RC car works well and looks better in real life then on the pictures, and is good fun for children compared to toy grade RC-cars. on a flat hard floor it can get quite some speed, it is small enough to easily take a long, and it is easy to make more battery packs. the battery duration while driving during the first ride was just over 25minutes which is quite long compared to the advertised 8 to 15 minutes. the battery get's warm but not to hot. the Car however is quite heavy for such a small car, even without the battery pack, and it is so heavy that you can clearly notice the car accelerating less fast than it could. when on a slope this also becomes very clear, when it is already moving it can go up a slope quite well but when it isn't moving yet it won't move forward when it is on a slope of around 20degrees. the weight is mostly due to the thick plastic used in the body an visual cover, using using thinner plastic would make it a lot lighter and would in turn make it less costly in resources, much faster, and accelerate much better. on softer underground like outside it generally doesn't perform well, indoor it can jump over cardboard ramps. increasing the voltage to the motor, and decreasing the weight might make it much more suitable for offroad. the steering is not proportional, but that is less of a problem than the weight since the tires have good grip which prevents it from losing control in corners on a flat hard surface, drifting is still possible by braking/reversing the motor in the turns. The car itself is really sturdy/strong and doesn't seem easy to break, it didn't break on the ramp and also not while testing it in the forest(downhill due to poor offroad capability(high weight and weak motor, also close to ground). it seems like it is easy to repair most things might something break which is a advantage of the thick plastic used. still I think this car could be a lot more fun if it was more lightweight, and supported a higher voltage.
