BG174417153 I added approximately 3.5-4 cc (ml) of oil to the crankcase and it was excessive. The engine wouldn't start (after running fine) and oil sprayed out of the crankcase cap and exhaust. Once the oil was reduced to about 2 cc the engine ran again. Of course, all external moving parts also need oiling. I use 3-in-1 oil plus Marvel Mystery Oil added to the fuel (about 3-4%).
